1. Processing and Handling:

  • All orders placed on www.walkingjranch.com are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We use UPS or Fed Ex for our deliveries.
  • Shipping typically takes 2 business days & is shipped frozen on dry ice.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated inside the price of the beef packages & not charged separately to you.

5. Packaging and Handling of Perishable Items:

  • To ensure the freshness and quality of our bulk beef products, we use specialized packaging that includes dry ice.
  • Dry ice is a safe and effective method for keeping our products at the proper temperature during transit.
  • It is important to handle dry ice with care. Do not touch it with bare hands, and follow the provided safety instructions.

6. Delivery Schedule:

  • For orders containing perishable items, we schedule shipments to minimize the time products spend in transit.
  • We recommend that someone is available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date to promptly refrigerate or freeze the products.

7. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

8. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:

  • If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges and may not be eligible for a refund.
