No Refund Policy for Perishable Items:
Because we are shipping perishable items we cannot offer refunds for such products once they have been purchased.
We take every precautionary measure when shipping our beef so that it arrives safe, frozen & ready for you to place in your freezer to enjoy.
Please ensure that you carefully review your order when you receive it. If there is something wrong with the order please reach out to us with in 24 hours of you receiving it & we'll make it right.
