This isn't like ordering from Amazon, where an order is processed immediately. We must wait until livestock are ready, which may take a few weeks or even a month or two. We will keep you updated on your order's processing timeline and contact you to finalize the order before shipping.Our beef is processed and frozen solid before shipping. We pack it in an insulated box with dry ice and ship on Monday so that it arrives promptly. Our packaging keeps the beef frozen for at least three days.We do not ship your order without consulting you first. We make sure someone will be home to receive the delivery and place it in a freezer. If you order before a vacation, we'll ship it after you return.

No we are not and we never will.

No we do not use hormones to fatten our cattle and do not inject them with hormones.

Because our cattle are free to roam the fields and are not in feed lots we rarely have sick cattle. On the rare occasion when it absolutely calls for it we may give a cow antibiotics to help it along, but it is not something we lean on or give our cattle on a regular basis.
